Tonka Water Awarded Contract for Refurbishment in Wayzata, MN

Tonka Water has been chosen to provide equipment and services for the refurbishment of an iron removal plant in Wayzata, Minnesota.  This existing Tonka Water Dualator® I plant will receive a new underdrain system, media and other replacement components, extending the life of the installation. Tonka Water’s Dualator® family of products offers state-of-the-art water savings in versatile packaged systems, providing aeration, detention and filtration in a compact footprint.

The 25 year old Dualator®II system will receive new media and other component replacements to optimize performance. Dualator® II System Recently Commissioned in Minnesota

Tonka Water commissioned a customized Dualator® II system in Paynesville, Minnesota. This highly customized Dualator® II system provides aeration followed by detention and dual media filtration in a single, space-efficient iron and manganese removal system.

Tonka Water recently received an order to refurbish a water treatment system in Hitterdal, MN. The town of Hitterdal has been a customer of Tonka Water's since 1994. As a part of the project, the existing system will be refurbished to bring the entire system up to current standards. The newly refurbished plant will treat for high manganese levels in the city's water.
